2. Scope of Services
Gravity Telehealth is an online platform that facilitates communication between Patients and Doctors for tele-consultations. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Non-Emergency Use Only
Gravity Telehealth does not provide emergency or urgent care services. Tele-consultations are intended for non-emergency healthcare needs only. If your condition worsens during a consultation or you experience a medical emergency, inform the Doctor immediately and contact your local emergency services.
Facilitator Role
Gravity Telehealth facilitates communication between Patients and Doctors but does not offer medical advice or treatment. We present self-reported information provided by Doctors and are not responsible for the accuracy of such information.
Patient Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions
Services may not be available in all locations. Patients must be located in jurisdictions where telemedicine services are legal and permitted. Patients are responsible for ensuring that using our services complies with local laws and regulations.
Software and Technology
The platform includes an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system used by Doctors to record, store, and view health information. It facilitates video consultations and includes chat/messaging features for communication between Patients and the Care Team. The platform also supports payment processing, including the storage of relevant banking details. Patients may view certain Medical Records, Prescriptions, or Medication Recommendations recorded by the Doctor during the consultation. This information is extracted directly from the Doctor’s clinical notes and is not edited, modified, or independently verified by Gravity Telehealth.
3. Cross-Border Telemedicine
3.1 Cross-border Consultations
Gravity Telehealth enables international consultations between Patients and Doctors. However, Patients are responsible for ensuring that cross-border telemedicine services are permitted under the laws of their country. Patients located in jurisdictions where such services are restricted must not use Gravity Telehealth’s services.
Patients should be aware that foreign-issued prescriptions may not be valid or accepted in their jurisdiction. Before relying on any prescription, Patients must check with their local pharmacy or health authority. If a foreign prescription is not accepted, we recommend booking a consultation with a Doctor licensed in the Patient’s country via our platform.
3.2 Scope of Doctor Services
Doctors Licensed in the Patient's Country
These Doctors may provide full medical consultations, including diagnoses, treatment plans, and legally valid prescriptions, in accordance with local laws and regulations. They can issue legal prescriptions that may be accepted in the patient's country.
Doctors Not Licensed in the Patient's Country
These Doctors may provide general medical advice and recommendations based on the information provided by the Patient.
- They may issue prescriptions, but these may not be accepted in the Patient’s country unless local laws allow the use of foreign-issued prescriptions.
- These Doctors cannot provide legally valid diagnoses or enforceable treatment plans in jurisdictions where they are not licensed.
- If a foreign-issued prescription is not accepted, we recommend booking a consultation with a doctor licensed in the patient’s country through our platform.
3.3 Patient Responsibility:
Patients must take full responsibility for the following:
- Verifying Doctor Licensing:
Patients must check the licensing status of the Doctor they choose. This information is displayed on each Doctor’s profile. It is the Patient’s responsibility to ensure the Doctor is authorised to provide the type of care needed. - Understanding Consultation Limits:
- Doctors licensed in the Patient’s country can issue diagnoses and prescriptions where legally permitted.
- Doctors not licensed in the Patient’s country are limited to offering general advice. These consultations do not establish a formal doctor-patient relationship as defined under local law.
- Prescription Validity:
Prescriptions issued by Doctors not licensed in the Patient’s country may or may not be valid under local law. Patients must: - Confirm with local pharmacies or regulators whether foreign-issued prescriptions are acceptable.
- Understand that prescriptions are issued solely by the Doctors, and that Gravity Telehealth does not issue, review, or take responsibility for any prescriptions. Gravity Telehealth makes no guarantees regarding the validity, enforceability, or acceptance of any prescription outside the Doctor’s licensed jurisdiction.
- Suitability of Consultation Type:
Patients must determine whether the service booked meets their needs and local legal requirements. Patients are encouraged to seek follow-up care from a locally licensed provider when necessary. - Regional Limitations:
Patients acknowledge and accept that medical terminology, practices, guidelines, and standards of care may differ between regions and countries. Additionally, the availability of medicines, diagnostic tests, and treatments may vary based on regional regulations and resources. Patients further acknowledge that Doctors providing tele-consultations through Gravity Telehealth may not have full knowledge of the availability of care, guidelines, or best practices specific to the Patient's region, particularly in jurisdictions where the Doctor is not licensed. Gravity Telehealth and the Doctors are not responsible for any limitations or differences in care arising from these regional discrepancies. - Compliance with Local Laws:
Both Patients and Doctors must comply with all applicable healthcare and data protection laws in their respective countries. Gravity Telehealth is not responsible for non-compliance by Users.
3.4 Cross-Border Data Transfers and Privacy
By using Gravity Telehealth, Patients consent to the cross-border transfer of their data to facilitate telemedicine consultations. Health data may be stored or processed in jurisdictions other than the Patient’s own.
Gravity Telehealth applies strict data protection practices in line with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore. However, Patients are responsible for understanding their own country’s data protection laws. If you do not consent to cross-border data transfers, you should not use Gravity Telehealth.
4. Patient Consent and Telemedicine
By using Gravity Telehealth, you agree to receive healthcare services via telemedicine and acknowledge the following:
Informed Consent
Before each tele-consultation, you will be asked to complete a separate informed consent form, which explains the nature, benefits, risks, and alternatives of telemedicine. Proceeding with a consultation implies your consent to receive care remotely.
Scope and Limitations of Telemedicine
Tele-consultations are not a replacement for in-person medical care. The absence of physical examinations may limit diagnostic accuracy and treatment effectiveness. You are encouraged to seek in-person follow-up when recommended by your consulting Doctor.
Licensing and Service Limitations
The scope of services provided through telemedicine may vary depending on the doctor’s licensing status in the patient’s country.
- Doctors Licensed in Your Country may offer full medical consultations, including formal diagnoses and prescriptions, in accordance with local regulations.
- Doctors Not Licensed in Your Country may only provide medical advice or general health recommendations. Diagnoses and prescriptions may not be legally valid in your jurisdiction.
- Patients are responsible for reviewing the Doctor’s licensing status, clearly displayed on their profile, and understanding these limitations when booking a consultation.
Medical Advice Based on Provided Information
Medical advice given is based solely on the information you provide. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the quality and accuracy of care. Patients should validate recommendations with a locally licensed provider when in doubt or when local care is needed.
Availability of Services
Gravity Telehealth does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Telemedicine services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors beyond our control.
Data Privacy and Risks
Gravity Telehealth uses encryption and complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore. However, no system can eliminate all data transmission risks. By using the platform, you acknowledge this and consent to the transfer and storage of your health data across jurisdictions as required for the tele-consultation.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
The accuracy of diagnoses and recommendations depends on the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring all personal and medical details shared during the consultation are complete and accurate.
No Emergency Care
Gravity Telehealth is not suitable for emergency medical situations. If your condition is urgent or life-threatening, contact your local emergency services immediately. If your symptoms worsen during a tele-consultation, inform the Doctor and seek emergency care without delay.
Technical Disruptions
If your consultation is interrupted or incomplete due to technical issues, you are responsible for seeking alternative medical care as needed.
5. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
5.1 Telemedicine Consultations – 18+ Only
Telemedicine consultations are only available to individuals aged 18 and over. By using this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this policy.
5.2 Access to Health Information and Educational Content
General health content on Gravity Telehealth (non-consultation material) may be accessible to all ages. However, users under 18 may only access such content under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We encourage parents to monitor and guide their child’s use of our platform.
6. Doctor-Patient Relationship
6.1 Establishment of a Doctor-Patient Relationship
A formal doctor-patient relationship is established when:
- A Patient books and attends a medical consultation with a Doctor who is licensed to practice medicine in the same country as the Patient.
- The Doctor provides medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment within the scope of their professional license and in compliance with the laws of the Patient’s jurisdiction.
6.2 Medical Advisory Service (Doctors Not Licensed in Patient’s Country)
If a Doctor is not licensed in the Patient’s country, the interaction is classified as a medical advisory service, and a formal doctor–patient relationship is not established.
In such cases:
- The Doctor may only offer general medical advice and recommendations.
- The consultation is advisory in nature and should not be used as a substitute for a formal diagnosis or enforceable prescription under the Patient’s local laws.
- Legally valid prescriptions cannot be issued unless local laws permit the acceptance of foreign-issued prescriptions.
- Gravity Telehealth does not issue prescriptions and is not responsible for any prescriptions provided by Doctors using the platform. The validity, legality, and local acceptance of any prescription — particularly those issued by Doctors not licensed in the Patient’s country — are not guaranteed by Gravity Telehealth and must be verified by the Patient with local pharmacies and authorities.
6.3 Limitations of a Medical Advisory Service
- Advice provided under these conditions is for informational purposes only.
- It should not replace local, in-person care or consultation with a locally licensed healthcare provider.
- Patients are encouraged to validate all recommendations locally before acting upon them.
6.4 No Ongoing Care Obligation
Regardless of whether a formal doctor–patient relationship or an advisory service is provided:
- The relationship is limited to the specific tele-consultation session.
- It does not imply any ongoing obligation of care, unless explicitly agreed upon by both the Patient and the Doctor.
6.5 Acknowledgment by the Patient:
By using Gravity Telehealth, the Patient acknowledges and agrees to these terms regarding the formation (or lack thereof) of a doctor-patient relationship.

The doctor’s language proficiency is displayed on their profile. If the patient does not speak a language the doctor is fluent in, it is the patient’s responsibility to arrange for a qualified translator or interpreter to facilitate the consultation. Gravity Telehealth and the consulting doctor are not responsible for any miscommunication, misunderstandings, or adverse outcomes arising from language barriers or the lack of a translator.

- Full Refunds:

Gravity Telehealth understands that unforeseen emergencies may arise, preventing Patients or Doctors from attending scheduled consultations. Requests for emergency-based cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible, Patients or Doctors must provide sufficient and appropriate evidence supporting the nature of the emergency, such as a medical certificate, police report, or other verifiable documentation. In the event of an emergency, please contact our support team at support@clinicsmedicalgroup.com to request a refund.
Gravity Telehealth reserves the sole and final discretion to determine whether the evidence provided is satisfactory and whether the cancellation qualifies as an emergency. Prescription Authority

11.2 Doctors Not Licensed in the Patient’s Country
Medication Recommendations Only
Doctors not licensed in the Patient’s country may provide general medication recommendations, but they cannot issue legally valid prescriptions unless permitted by local laws allowing for the recognition of foreign-issued prescriptions.
Local Variations in Prescription Requirements
Some medications may be available without a prescription depending on the Patient’s local laws. It is the Patient’s responsibility to verify whether a prescription is required before obtaining or using any recommended medication.
No Guarantee of Acceptance
The acceptance of foreign-issued prescriptions is at the discretion of local pharmacies and health authorities. Gravity Telehealth does not guarantee that prescriptions issued by any consulting Doctor—whether licensed locally or abroad—will be accepted in the Patient’s jurisdiction.
11.3 Liability of Gravity Telehealth and Doctors
Neither Gravity Telehealth nor the consulting Doctors are responsible for:
- A pharmacy’s decision to reject a prescription, regardless of the Doctor’s licensing status;
- The availability, legality, or classification (e.g. prescription-only vs. over-the-counter) of any recommended medication in the Patient’s country;
- The clinical appropriateness or suitability of any prescribed medication or recommended test for the Patient’s specific needs, which must be verified through local medical guidance where necessary.
12. Referrals
12.1 Nature of Referrals
Referrals provided by Doctors on the Gravity Telehealth platform—whether for tests, treatments, or specialist consultations—are considered non-binding, informal suggestions intended to support the Patient’s healthcare journey. They do not constitute formal medical directives, prescriptions, or guaranteed access to care.
Doctors, particularly those not licensed in the Patient’s country, may provide general advisory guidance only. Such referrals are not enforceable under the Patient’s local laws or healthcare systems.
12.2 Patient Responsibility
Patients are solely responsible for:
- Verifying the suitability, availability, legality, and cost of any referred services within their local healthcare system;
- Confirming the credentials, location, and scope of practice of any referred specialists, clinics, or laboratories;
- Determining whether tests or treatments recommended during the consultation are accessible and appropriate under local regulations;
- Seeking follow-up care with a locally licensed healthcare provider when recommended by the consulting Doctor or when further in-person evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment is needed.
Patients should conduct due diligence before relying on any referral provided through the platform. All medical decisions and follow-up actions are taken at the Patient’s own discretion and risk.
12.3 Limitations of Doctors and Platform
Doctors delivering consultations via Gravity Telehealth:
- May not have full knowledge of healthcare infrastructure, services, or clinical standards in the Patient’s country;
- Cannot guarantee the accuracy or local relevance of any referral or recommendation;

12.4 Gravity Telehealth and the consulting Doctors:
- Are not liable for any delays, costs, or negative outcomes arising from the use, inaccessibility, or rejection of a referral;
- Do not assume responsibility for incorrect specialty recommendations or miscommunications resulting from limited regional context.
12.5 Liability and Legal Boundaries
Neither Gravity Telehealth nor the consulting Doctors can be held liable for the consequences of acting on a referral, unless the Doctor has acted:
- In bad faith,
- Outside the scope of their professional license, or
- In violation of applicable medical laws in their jurisdiction.
12.6 Summary Clause
Referrals are advisory only. Patients must take all necessary steps to ensure the safety, legality, and appropriateness of follow-up care. Gravity Telehealth assumes no responsibility for referral outcomes, and does not guarantee access, availability, or accuracy of referred services.

Gravity Telehealth reserves the right to retain anonymised data indefinitely. Once data has been anonymised to remove any means of identifying the individual, it is no longer considered personal data under the PDPA. Anonymised data and its derivatives, such as aggregated or statistical data, are deemed the property of Gravity Telehealth and its related future entities. This data may be used for research, statistical analysis, service improvement, and other lawful purposes without limitation or obligation to the original data subjects.

Patients may request the deletion of their personal or medical records by submitting a formal request to Gravity Telehealth.
