Gravity Telehealth is an online platform that facilitates communication between Patients and Doctors for tele-consultations. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Non-Emergency Use Only: Gravity Telehealth does not provide emergency or urgent care services. Tele-consultations are intended for non-emergency healthcare needs only. If your condition worsens during a consultation or you experience a medical emergency, inform the Doctor immediately and contact your local emergency services.
Facilitator Role: Gravity Telehealth facilitates communication between Patients and Doctors but does not offer medical advice or treatment. We present self-reported information provided by Doctors and are not responsible for the accuracy of such information.
Patient Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions: Services may not be available in all locations. Patients must be located in jurisdictions where telemedicine services are legal and permitted. Patients are responsible for ensuring that using our services complies with local laws and regulations.
Software and Technology: The platform includes an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system used by Doctors to record and view health information. It facilitates video consultations and includes chat/messaging features for communication between Patients and care coordination staff. The platform also carries out banking processes, including storing bank information. Patients can view certain medical records and Medication Recommendations from Doctors, extracted from the Doctors' medical records.
3. Cross-Border Telemedicine
- International Consultations: Gravity Telehealth enables international consultations between Patients and Doctors. - Doctors Licensed in the Patient's Country:
- These doctors can provide full medical consultations, including diagnosing medical conditions and prescribing medications, as permitted by local laws and regulations.
- They can issue legal prescriptions that may be accepted in the patient's country.
- Doctors Not Licensed in the Patient's Country:

Additionally, the availability of medicines, diagnostic tests, and treatments may vary based on regional regulations and resources. Patients further acknowledge that Doctors providing tele-consultations through Gravity Telehealth may not have full knowledge of the availability of care, guidelines, or best practices specific to the Patient's region, particularly in jurisdictions where the Doctor is not licensed. Gravity Telehealth and the Doctors are not responsible for any limitations or differences in care arising from these regional discrepancies.
- Doctor Verification: We have an onboarding process where we verify the registration numbers and IDs of Doctors. While we strive to keep information up to date, we cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in Doctors' profiles.
- Patient Responsibility: Patients are responsible for assessing the suitability of a Doctor for their needs and verifying the Doctor's licensing status within their country. Patients must determine if Doctors are legally allowed to provide medical services or if only medical advice is permitted.

- Informed Consent Procedures: Patients must complete and acknowledge a separate informed consent form prior to each tele-consultation, detailing the nature, benefits, risks, and alternatives to telemedicine services.
- Telemedicine Limitations:
Tele-consultations are not a substitute for in-person care. The absence of physical examinations may affect diagnoses and treatment outcomes. Patients should follow up with in-person care when recommended by the consulting doctor.
The scope of services provided through telemedicine may vary depending on the doctor’s licensing status in the patient’s country: - Doctors Licensed in the Patient’s Country: Can provide formal diagnoses and prescribe medications, as permitted by local regulations.
- Doctors Not Licensed in the Patient’s Country: Limited to offering medical advice and recommendations. They cannot provide diagnoses or prescriptions.
Patients are responsible for reviewing a doctor’s licensing status, which is clearly displayed on the platform, and understanding these limitations when selecting a doctor for consultation.
Medical information provided during tele-consultations is based on the details shared by the patient and may not always reflect the most up-to-date clinical practices or local healthcare guidelines. Patients are encouraged to validate any recommendations locally and seek additional care if required.

- The Doctor provides medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment within the scope of their professional license and in compliance with the laws of the Patient’s jurisdiction.
- Medical Advisory Service:
- If the Doctor is not licensed in the Patient’s country, a formal doctor-patient relationship is not established.

- The advisory service does not include formal diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment recommendations enforceable under the laws of the Patient's jurisdiction.
- Limitations of a Medical Advisory Service:
- The advice provided by Doctors not licensed in the Patient’s country is for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for local in-person care or consultation with a locally licensed healthcare professional.
- Patients are encouraged to verify and validate any recommendations with a healthcare provider licensed in their jurisdiction before taking action.
