How To Find Your Consultation Records
What information is available?
- Consultation Summary - A brief overview of what was discussed during your appointment.
- Diagnosis – Any condition(s) the doctor identified.
- Tests & Scans – Any tests the doctor recommended.
- Medications – Prescribed or recommended medicines.
Where to find your records?
- Open the Gravity telehealth app.
- Tap the 'Records' tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Select what you want to view (Consultation Records, Prescriptions, Recommended Tests).
Note: Records are available once the doctor saves them. You can view them anytime but cannot download them.
Understanding Your Prescription
All prescribed and recommended medications are listed in the Records section of the app.
Is my prescription valid in my country?
Prescription rules vary by country, and whether a prescription is valid depends on where your doctor is licensed. Some medications may require a prescription in one country but be available without one in another.
- Doctors Licensed in Your Country – Can issue legally valid prescriptions.
- Doctors Licensed in Another Country – Can only issue prescriptions if your country accepts foreign prescriptions. If not, their recommendations are for informational purposes only. You may need to consult a local doctor for a valid prescription.
Important:
- Check the doctor’s licensing country before booking if you require a legal prescription (found on their profile in the app).
- Check with your local pharmacy to confirm if prescriptions from foreign doctors are accepted in your country.
- Not all medications require a prescription. Ask your pharmacy or our care coordination team if you're unsure.
Viewing Your Recommended Medications
In the Records section of the Gravity telehealth app, you can view all medications prescribed or recommended during your consultations.
How to Find Your Medications:
- Go to the ‘Records’ tab in the app.
- Select ‘Medications’ – You will only see past consultations in this list if the doctor recommended or prescribed a medication during that appointment. If no medication was discussed, the consultation will not appear.
- Tap on a consultation – This will show the medications recommended or prescribed by that doctor during that specific consultation.
Important Notes:
- Medications are linked to the doctor consultation they were recommended in.
- We do not offer a live prescription system—your doctor’s recommendations are recorded, but prescriptions must be collected separately.
- If you need a prescription, check whether your doctor is licensed in your country (displayed on their profile). If they are not, you may need to see a locally licensed doctor to obtain a valid prescription for certain medicines.
What If My Pharmacy Rejects My Prescription?
If your pharmacy does not accept your prescription:
- Ask for the reason— this will help you understand what steps to take next. Some pharmacies follow different policies.
- Confirm if the medicine is available without a prescription – Some medications do not require a prescription in certain countries.
- Check alternative pharmacies—some may accept foreign prescriptions while others may not.
- Consult a local healthcare provider if a new prescription is needed.
Pharmacies make independent decisions on whether to accept a prescription. Gravity Telehealth and its doctors are not responsible for pharmacy policies.
Requesting a Medication Change
If you need to request a change to your prescribed or recommended medication—whether due to availability, side effects, or personal preference—you can follow these steps:
- Contact a Care Coordinator through email for assistance. Please email: support@clinicsmedicalgroup.com
- Explain why you need a change (e.g., pharmacy does not stock the medication, allergic reaction, or concerns about side effects).
- The Care Coordinator will consult the doctor to check if an alternative medication can be recommended.
- You will receive an update once the doctor has reviewed your request.
Please note:
- Only the doctor who recommended or prescribed the medication can approve a change.
- Response times depend on the doctor’s availability.
- All medication records are digital and can only be viewed in the app.
Booking a Follow-Up Appointment
If you need ongoing care, you can book another consultation with the same doctor just like your first appointment.
Important things to know:
- Doctors have access to your previous records for continuity of care.
- Follow-up consultations cost the same as initial consultations—check the doctor’s profile for updated fees.
- Book your follow-up at the right time based on the doctor’s advice.
- Need a different specialist? You can book a consultation with another doctor in the app. They will have access to your records to ensure smooth care.
