ပါဝင်သောအကြောင်းအရာများ
အသုံးပြုနိုင်သောရောဂါများ
- fungus (yeast) ကြောင့်ဖြစ်သော အရေပြားရောဂါများ ကိုကုသရန်

Lamisil, Terbisil, Terbipac, Terbaris, Terbinaforce, Terbinadoc, Ecoter
အကျဥ်းချုပ်
Terbinafine သည် fungus (yeast) ကြောင့်ဖြစ်သော အရေပြားရောဂါများ ကိုကုသရန် အသုံးပြုသည့် ပိုးသတ်ဆေး (antifungal medicine) ဖြစ်သည်။
- Athlete's foot
- fungal nail infections(လက်သည်းမှိုစွဲ)
- Ringworm(ပွေး)
- jock itch(ပေါင်ခြံမှိုစွဲ)
- Pityriasis versicolor – အရေပြားအဖတ်ကွာခြင်းနှင့် အရောင်ပြောင်းလဲခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။
- Candidal skin infections(အရေပြားမှိုစွဲ)
Terbinafine သည် အထက်ပါရောဂါများအတွက် အသုံးပြုနိုင်သော အရေပြားပေါ်တွင် လိမ်းသုံးသော ခရင်မ်၊ ဂျယ်၊ သုံးဆေးပျံစသဖြင့် ရနိုင်ပါသည်။ Athlete's foot အတွက် အရည်ပုံစံ (solution) လည်း ရနိုင်ပါသည်။
အရေးကြီးသောအချက်များ
- fungal infections များသည် 1 မှ 2 ပတ် အတွင်း terbinafine အသုံးပြုခြင်းဖြင့် အဆင်ပြေတတ်သည်။ လက်သည်းမှိုရောဂါများ အတွက် 3 လထက်ပိုပြီး ကုသရန်ကြာနိုင်ပါသည်။
- cream, gel and spray များသည် တစ်ပတ်အတွင်းအကျိုးသက်ရောက်မှု ရှိနိုင်ပြီး သောက်ဆေးများသည် 2 ပတ်မှ လများစွာအထိ လိုနိုင်ပါသည်။
- ဆိုးကျိုးများ (Side effects) ဆေးလိမ်းသည့်နေရာတွင် irritation ရှိနိုင်သည်။
- Tablets သောက်ဆေးများတွင် အစာစားလိုစိတ်နည်းခြင်း (Reduced appetite) အရိုးအဆစ်နာခြင်း (joint or muscle pain) အစာအိမ်နာခြင်း (Upset stomach)
- terbinafine ကို ရောဂါသက်သာသွားသော်လည်းရက်ပြည့်အောင်သောက်ရန်လိုပါသည်။ ဆက်လက်မသောက်လျှင် fungal infection ပြန်လည်ဖြစ်ပေါ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
- terbinafine tablets သောက်နေစဥ် တွင် သွေးလှူခြင်း (blood donation) မပြုလုပ်ပါနှင့်။
terbinafine tablets သောက်ပြီး 7 ရက် ကြာပြီးမှသာ သွေးလှူသင့်ပါသည်။
